Knitting Co., Ltd.
Our company was founded in 1996. It is the first
joint venture enterprise started in north China
by the Hongkong Nanyi group. The total investment
in this enterprise is 10,000,000 Yuan. Our company
produces quality sweaterwear, which is held in high
esteem by our clients in many parts of the world
including America, Japan and countries in Europe.
The company is located in the village of Kwong Siong
Rd, Baoding, Hebei, China. It is in the center of
the golden triangle of Tianjin, Beijing and Shi
Jiazhuang. Transportation is very convenient. The
total area occupied by the company 30 mu including
5200m2 of workshops, 3376 m2 being dormitories and
a 600m2 dining hall.
Now, we have over 500 operators. They all have received
at least 9 years of education. The staff come mainly
from the southern regions of the company. They all
have more than10 years of technological and management
experience. In 2000, we produced 45,000 pieces of
garments which totalled 250,000,000 Yuan. This year
(2001) the estimated output will reach 700,000 pieces,
amounting to over 40,000,000 Yuan.
We used advanced knitting technology including:
Transweater machines 180 pieces of 12G; 22 pieces
of 7G;150 pieces of 5G; 100 pieces of 3G. Dial linking
machines 60iteams of 6G; 90 pieces of 8G; 21 pieces
of 10G;160 pieces of 16G. The trademark of machines
is 'Wild Horse'.
Our sweaters have excellent quality and up todate
unique styles, which are highly appreciated by our
international clients. Due to our consistency in
being able to deliver quality garments, we are the
manufacturers of knitwear for a number of international
brands in these countries. In addition to ordinary
products, we also produce high quality, exquisite
woolen sweaters.
Every step of our production process undergoes stringent
quality control checks in order to ascertain the
every garment leaving our production facility meets
with the discerning requirements of our highly esteemed
clients. Constant in-house training of our production
and inspection staff have made them aware of the
acute need to be quality conscious.

Our company has the direct import and export approval
and we have always fulfilled out quota obligations.
